APF Submission New Entry Fee Calculations Reports
Submission of APF for Nov' 2014 Examination (New Entry) :-

 
      For Submission of APF data of Nov' 2014 examination for those students which does not exist in the already
generated data, Institutes are required to download the file from the link given below.

Institutes must read the instructions given below before sending any New Entry of the Students.

Instructions regarding new entry :

  • Before sending new entries of the Regular students of Second , Fourth, Sixth And  Eighth semester in Re-admission cases, Institutes should make sure that :

    • Student has appeared in at least one theory paper per semester in the previous semesters. (e.g. re-admission case of regular student of any regular  semester must have appeared in at least one theory paper in each previous semester  For example :  For a readmission case in  5th semester, student must have appeared in at least one theory paper in each semester i.e. 1st, 2nd, 3rd  , 4th  semester.

    • No such entry should be sent for which the student is not eligible and has not appeared in the previous semesters.

  • It is the duty of the Institute to check the above status of each student very carefully before sending them in new entry, else strict action will be taken against all such Institutes who will send the wrong entries without checking for the status of previous semesters.

  • After completion of the data in the above format, attach the downloaded file with the email and send the same at  cs@pbtechedonline.com and psbte@punjabteched.com  

  • Data of new entry for without late fee candidates should be sent on or before 21st Oct'2014, no  email regarding new entries will be entertained after 21st Oct'2014  for students under without late fee option.

  • Data of new entry for  late fee candidates should be sent on or before 28th Oct'2014, no  email regarding new entries will be entertained after 28th Oct'2014 for students under  late fee option.

  • Data of the new entry students as per the above data will be updated on website after verification. All the institutes who submit the new entry form should confirm the same on the website. Sending email does not mean  apf confirmation. For apf confirmation it is must to confirm it on web site www.pbteched.net so that  accordingly  fee calculation is done for the same. Make sure that manual fee calculation at your end  and fee calculation on online site matches, this will match only if all candidates has been confirmed on  site. 

  • Confirmation of students  on www.pbteched.net  is must , fee will be calculated accordingly.
