Instructions regarding selecting the correct options :

As the
institute will confirm the candidates on Board’s website
www.pbteched.net fee of the candidate will get automatically
generated by the system. Institute should regularly cross check the fee generated by the
system with the actual fee calculations as the students are confirmed by the Institute.
In case of any mismatch,
immediately email should be sent to the Board at
psbte@punjabteched.com. Click on the
relevant Link given above to view fee.

Option 1 : Registration wise Fee : This option will display registration no. wise fee under each course only for confirmed candidates and will include the details
such as registration no., student's name, no. of semesters in which student is appearing, examination fee for all the semesters
( Rs. 500/- for all semesters/years, Rs. 700/- for regular
students of 6th sem/ 8th sem/annual course , Rs. 500/- for regular /
reappear students of Post Diploma Courses), House Test fee (Rs.100/- For
regular students of annual courses), Re-registration fee
of Rs. 500/- for students admitted in year from 2008 to 2010.

The Students
of 2008/2009/2010 batch of admissions shall also pay Rs. 500/-
towards re-registration fees in case they have not paid the same during
May-2013 , Aug-2013 , Dec-2013, May-2014 Examination.
Total fee includes examination fee ,
house test fee, examination form fee of Rs. 50/-, Re-registration
fee of Rs. 500/- .
- Option 2 : Regular/Reappear Fee : This option will display no. of regular and reappear candidates under each course and class along with total examination fee, house test fee and total of both examination fee and house test fee. This option will not include examination form fee of Rs. 50/-
and Re-registration fee of Rs. 500/- for students admitted in year
from 2008 to 2010.
- Option 3 : Institue Fee/Lock data : This option will show institute wise , course wise fee and will include the details of students appearing in all semesters under one course , their examination fee, house test fee , total examination fee (includes examination fee and house test fee), no. of unique students per course, examination form fee (Rs. 50 /- per student), Re-registration fee of Rs. 500/- for students admitted in year from
2008 to 2010 and finally final total fee which includes examination fee, house test fee, examination form
fee and Re-registration fee .
- After
all the forms are confirmed by the institute, institute will lock the Institute fee calculations under option3.
Once locking is done , no further confirmation can be done by the Institutes . This locking is to be done on last day i.e. on
28th Oct'2014 for Without late fee and on 30th Oct '2014 for Late Fee.
Total final fee
calculation will be done for the institute, unique ID will be given and
final fee receipt is to be printed by Institute. This fee receipt will be required for
depositing the total amount of the fee mentioned on the receipt at the
designated banks.
- Institutes should make sure to take the printout of fee receipt from the ‘Print’
button on the screen. No other way should be adopted to print this fee
receipt. Any manipulations / alterations in the fee receipt may lead to
legal consequences.
- Once the fee is deposited in the Bank , Institute has to submit transaction ID under option 4 for complete submission of APF forms on Board's website.
- Any type
of queries regarding the above procedure should be clarified before the last
date and well within the time.
